Mutual TRUST

  • the skills and knowledge of your colleagues
  • yourself. You are one of the contributors!

Mutual trust is established when common objectives are found, and mutual targets have been achieved. Confidence in that target, the reason why we are working together, stimulates the viability of the cooperation. Based on mutual trust a ‘we can do this together’ attitude will arise.
